ICON acquired DOCS in 2007 with the objective to establish a Strategic Resourcing; Functional Service Provision product.  Since 2007 DOCS have grown to become THE industry leader, partnering with various big pharma and global biotech business’ providing various FSP solutions (Clinical; Drug Safety; Data Management; Biostats; Regulatory)

Location: Any UK Location (Home or Office Based)

The Director, DOCS Global Program Management will provide leadership for, and oversight of functional programs with an emphasis on clinical services (e.g. monitoring, Data Management and operations). The role is focused on driving excellence in Program Management whilst acting as operational expert to maximize opportunities and drive growth within strategic accounts and customers

Travel Required (30-40%)

To succeed you will need:

University/Bachelor’s Degree in medicine, life sciences or equivalent, and the ability to demonstrate strategic leadership of a group, knowledge of backend services in addition to exposure working alongside Business development. You will need to demonstrate clinical drug development knowledge and operational proficiencies in order to provide creative solutions to external customers and internal teams.
