We are currently seeking a Director, Project Management to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Director, Project Management at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in leading and overseeing the execution of clinical trials, ensuring efficient project delivery, and driving excellence in project management practices to support the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies.

• Developing and implementing comprehensive project management plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations, to ensure successful execution of clinical trials.
• Leading a team of project managers to coordinate activities across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address project risks, issues, and dependencies, driving timely resolution and mitigation strategies.
• Monitoring project progress and performance metrics, conducting regular reviews to assess adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Providing strategic guidance and support to project teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Extensive experience (8+ years) in clinical project management within the pharmaceutical or CRO industry, with a proven track record of successfully leading and managing complex clinical trials.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve project goals and deliverables.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving results and delivering value to clients and patients.
