Imaging Support Specialist - India, Chennai Hybrid: Office/Remote

We are currently seeking an Imaging Support Specialist to join our diverse and dynamic team. As an Imaging Support Specialist at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in providing technical support and expertise for imaging-related activities within clinical trials, ensuring the seamless operation of imaging systems and contributing to the success of trial outcomes.
What You Will Be Doing:- Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance for imaging systems used in clinical trials, including but not limited to MRI, CT, PET, and ultrasound machines.
- Collaborating with study teams to ensure proper setup and calibration of imaging equipment at trial sites, as well as ongoing maintenance and quality assurance checks.
- Assisting in the training of site personnel on imaging protocols, procedures, and data collection techniques.
- Serving as a point of contact for imaging-related inquiries and issues from internal and external stakeholders, including study sponsors and site staff.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of best practices and standard operating procedures for imaging support activities.
Your Profile:- Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, radiologic technology, or related field.
- Previous experience in a technical support role, preferably in a healthcare or clinical research setting.
- Familiarity with imaging modalities and equipment commonly used in clinical trials, as well as associated software and data management systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
