The Role:

* Recognize, exemplify and adhere to ICON's values which centers around our commitment to People, Clients and Performance.
* As a member of staff, the employee is expected to embrace and contribute to our culture of process improvement with a focus on streamlining our processes adding value to our business and meeting client needs.
* Image processing of study data in accordance to the study specific guidelines
* *Format Translation of study image data into DICOM format
* *Film Scanning and masking as required for study requirements
* Hardware/software troubleshooting in support of customer needs
* Responsible to participate in image data processing workflow development
* Responsible to provide remote technical support for off-site, off-hours activities

* Provide technical support to troubleshoot and appropriately escalate technical issues related to image display and related processes
* Participate in project team meetings providing corelab processing status
* *Acts in a proactive and responsive manner to deliver project specific requirements within timelines
* To undertake other duties as is reasonably suitable to meet project needs
* Travel (approximately 10%) domestic and/or international
