We are seeking a IT Product Manager to join our IT Business Partnering team:
The IT Business Partner Group (BPG) serves as the strategic interface between ICON’s business units and IT to stimulate, surface, and shape business demand for ICON’s business assets and capabilities. The IT BPG is a connector, orchestrator, and navigator between IT and ICON’s business units and external customers throughout the product lifecycle.
As IT Product Manager you will be defining, designing, and implementing one or more IT products or services for external and internal customers. You will be acting as the liaison between customers and the information technology department throughout the product lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:
Partnering with business and technology partners throughout the product lifecycle including vision, requirements, deployment and optimization.
Participates in the development and implementation of strategy, systems, and process changes related to the product or service area(s).
Collaborates across departments and functions to develop and implement high quality products and services that meet user community and stakeholder expectations.
Ensures that products and services are supported by well-defined processes, robust training, demonstrations environments, and other collateral to maximize awareness, operational knowledge, and user adoption.
Analyses competitive offerings and potential partner relationships to deliver superior products
To be successful in the role, you will have:
Understanding of the systems, processes and product areas represented including industry and competitive offerings
Strong knowledge of product lifecycle and /project methodologies
Demonstrated track record of success implementing corporate programs, projects and systems
Proven verbal, written and presentation skills to communicate with multiple levels of the organization
The ability to problem solve and report on success across multiple, simultaneous projects and priorities.
The ability to envision and communicate system enhancements.
