ICON plc is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to join our dedicated team and support critical clinical research operations. As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will play a key role in the daily operations of our clinical supply warehouse. You’ll ensure that all incoming and outgoing shipments are accurately received, processed, stored, and distributed in accordance with ICON’s quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the receipt, inspection, and proper storage of incoming goods.

• Pick, pack, and dispatch study materials in line with internal procedures and timelines

• Maintain accurate inventory records using ICON’s warehouse management systems

• Support internal audits and ensure compliance with GMP/GDP standards

• Assist in managing temperature-controlled and time-sensitive materials

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and support of clinical trials

• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics coordination role preferred.

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.

• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Good communication skills and a proactive approach.

• Please note: This role may involve working in colder temperatures, physical lifting, and manual handling; appropriate equipment will be provided.
