About the role
What you will be doing:
- Managing and maintaining the quality compliance program to ensure alignment with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Overseeing internal and external audits, including planning, execution, and follow-up on corrective actions to ensure continuous compliance.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate quality and compliance requirements into daily operations and project workflows.
- Developing and implementing quality management systems (QMS) and ensuring continuous improvement of compliance processes.
- Monitoring and reporting on compliance performance, including risk management and the identification of potential areas for improvement.
- Ensuring that all staff are trained and aware of compliance requirements, regulations, and best practices through regular training sessions and updates.
You are:
- Bachelor’s degree in quality management, regulatory affairs, or a related field is preferred, with extensive experience in quality compliance or quality assurance.
- Proven experience in managing compliance programs, quality management systems, and audit processes within a regulated environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide cross-functional teams and maintain high standards of compliance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and with external regulatory bodies.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with experience in identifying compliance risks and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
- Detail-oriented and proactive, with a commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards and regulatory compliance
