We are currently seeking a Medical Affairs Specialist to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Medical Affairs Specialist at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in providing scientific and medical expertise to support the development, implementation, and communication of medical strategies and activities.

What you will be doing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute medical affairs strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Provide scientific and clinical input to support the planning and execution of clinical trials, including protocol development and medical monitoring.
• Serve as a key liaison between internal teams, external stakeholders, and key opinion leaders (KOLs), facilitating scientific exchange and collaboration.
• Contribute to the preparation and review of scientific materials, including publications, presentations, and educational resources.
• Stay informed about emerging scientific and clinical trends, regulatory requirements, and competitor landscape.Your profile
• Advanced degree (MD, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent) in a healthcare-related field.
• Previous experience in medical affairs, clinical research, or related roles within the pharmaceutical, biotechNlogy, or medical device industry.
• Strong understanding of drug development processes, clinical trial methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex scientific concepts to diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
