The Principal Manager, Patient Recruitment will be responsible for the development and execution of global Patient Recruitment and Retention strategy across assigned protocols. The Principal Manager will develop and implement a strategy that enables the delivery of study enrollment goals.

  • Develop and deliver a comprehensive, appropriate, innovative and cost effective global patient recruitment and retention strategy that enables efficient and effective patient recruitment
  • Partner with feasibility lead to leverage feasibility insights in patient recruitment planning
  • Leverage available sources of information to evaluate past and current landscape, patient journey mapping, patient insights and prior metrics to formulate a patient recruitment plan
  • Communicate patient recruitment strategy, deliverables, and timelines to all internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and endorsement by Senior Leadership.
  • Responsible for timely and quality execution of agreed and endorsed global patient recruitment strategies
  • Management and oversight of all recruitment-related vendor activities
  • Collaborate cross functionally to ensure alignment with key stakeholders around implementation of recruitment activities, timelines, changes in scope of work, effectiveness of recruitment campaign.
  • Develop and evaluate Key Performance Indicators to track recruitment and retention strategy impact and report campaign effectiveness to key internal stake holders
  • Provide day to day oversight of contracted recruitment vendors and ensure quality delivery to agreed scope and budget
  • Develop presentation content and present status updates in key internal stakeholder meetings
  • Contribute to process improvement activities within Patient Recruitment group
  • Provide operational guidance and day-to-day program activity oversight to more junior team members
  • Present and attend at Investigator and Site Engagement Meetings as needed
  • Work closely with Associate Director/Director Patient Recruitment to discuss and evaluate recruitment tactical performance, changes in strategy, and recruitment challenges.

  • Élaborer et mettre en œuvre une stratégie globale, appropriée, innovante et rentable de recrutement et de fidélisation des patients à l'échelle mondiale, qui permette un recrutement efficace et efficient des patients.
  • Travailler en partenariat avec le responsable de la faisabilité afin d'exploiter les informations relatives à la faisabilité dans le cadre de la planification du recrutement des patients.
  • Exploiter les sources de renseignements disponibles pour évaluer le paysage passé et actuel, la cartographie du parcours des patients, les points de vue des patients et les mesures antérieures afin de formuler un plan de recrutement des patients.
  • Communiquer la stratégie de recrutement des patients, les résultats attendus et les délais à toutes les parties prenantes internes afin d'assurer l'alignement et l'approbation de la direction générale.
  • Responsable de l'exécution en temps voulu et de la qualité des stratégies globales de recrutement de patients convenues et approuvées.
  • Gérer et superviser toutes les activités des fournisseurs liées au recrutement.
  • Collaborer de manière transversale pour garantir l'alignement avec les principales parties prenantes concernant la mise en œuvre des activités de recrutement, les calendriers, les modifications de l'étendue des travaux, l'efficacité de la campagne de recrutement.
  • Élaborer et évaluer des indicateurs de performance clés pour suivre l'impact de la stratégie de recrutement et de fidélisation et rendre compte de l'efficacité de la campagne aux principales parties prenantes internes.
  • Assurer la supervision quotidienne des fournisseurs de services de recrutement sous contrat et veiller à la qualité des prestations dans le respect du champ d'application et du budget convenus.
  • Développer le contenu des présentations et présenter les mises à jour de l'état d'avancement lors des réunions des principales parties prenantes internes.
  • Contribuer aux activités d'amélioration des processus au sein du groupe de recrutement des patients.
  • Fournir des conseils opérationnels et superviser les activités quotidiennes du programme aux membres de l'équipe les moins expérimentés.
  • Présenter et participer aux réunions d'engagement des chercheurs et des centres d’étude, le cas échéant.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le directeur adjoint ou le directeur du recrutement des patients pour discuter et évaluer les performances tactiques en matière de recrutement, les changements de stratégie et les défis en matière de recrutement.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience working within patient recruitment/retention and clinical trials
  • Proficient understanding of ICH / GCP guidelines
  • Proficient cross-functional understanding related to drug development
  • Advanced experience with drug development enrollment scenarios
  • Advanced experience managing third party external service providers

  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Global working experience preferred
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Experience analyzing the effectiveness of recruitment-related activities
  • Rare disease Patient Recruitment experience

Exigences en matière de formation professionnelle et qualifications

  • Au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans le domaine du recrutement/de la fidélisation des patients et des études cliniques.
  • Bonne compréhension des directives CIH/BPC.
  • Compréhension transversale du développement de médicaments.
  • Expérience significative des scénarios de recrutement pour le développement de médicaments.
  • Expérience significative de la gestion de prestataires de services externes tiers.
