The Role:

Be Responsible for the administrative aspect of each study and provide assistance to the Project Manager.

• Assist with the development of project specific Procedure Manual

• Assist with Project Reports

• Assists Project Managers with agendas and meeting minutes as required

• Management of Study Centers for study supplies/outstanding data

• Quality Control of Offsite Assessments/Blinded Reads

• Updates and maintains Study Files including enrolment logs and data status

• Maintains inventories of study supplies

• Assists with scheduling of site Imaging manual trainings

To be successful in the role, you will have:

• Fluent in written and verbal English

• Computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• at least 1 year to 3 years of experience in Organizational, time management, and problem solving skills, Documentation and communication skills

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related.
