The Role:
Be Responsible for the administrative aspect of each study and provide assistance to the Project Manager.
Assist with the development of project specific Procedure Manual
Assist with Project Reports
Assists Project Managers with agendas and meeting minutes as required
Management of Study Centers for study supplies/outstanding data
Quality Control of Offsite Assessments/Blinded Reads
Updates and maintains Study Files including enrolment logs and data status
Maintains inventories of study supplies
Assists with scheduling of site Imaging manual trainings
To be successful in the role, you will have:
Fluent in written and verbal English
Computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
at least 1 year to 3 years of experience in Organizational, time management, and problem solving skills, Documentation and communication skills
Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related.
