Project Assistant

About the Project Assistant role within ICON: 

The Project Assistant will report to the manager of Document Management and will be responsible for the administrative aspects of each study and providing assistants to the Project Manager.

As a member of the Document Management Team you will assist with the development of project specific Procedure Manuals, project reports, and project specific Staffing Plans.  You will provide study communication to the client, clinical sites and Clinical Research Associates.  As well as assist Project Managers with agendas and meeting minutes as required. You will assist with the scheduling site Imaging Manual trainings and provide management of Study Centers for study supplies and outstanding data.  

The Project Assistant will need to use their technical and organizational abilities to update and maintain Study Files including enrolment logs and perform data entry within the Medical Image Review and Analysis (MIRA) system.

To succeed you will need:

You will need to possess a High School Diploma with a minimum of 2 years of experience successfully performing administrative tasks. You will possess excellent organizational, documentation and communication skills along with proficiency in business computer skills.
