Reporting to the Head of Clinical Technology Innovations (CTI), this role will be responsible for executing key activities related to the development, implementation, and support of new and existing technologies for clinical studies and programs. Key objectives for the position are as follows:
- Support all aspects of project delivery associated with implementation, roll-out, training and support for new and existing technology and data solutions and/or other business tools.
- Collaborate with Global Clinical Operations (GCO), Data, Technology & Engineering (DTE) and vendor stakeholders to support change management activities related to business uptake of new technologies/tools and supporting procedures.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to measure and evaluate performance and impact of new technologies/tools, as applied to clinical studies and programs.
- Work with CTI team and other internal (GCO/DTE) and external (CRO/Vendor) stakeholders to support meetings, timeline and budget management and the development key deliverables and materials for all projects.
- Coordinate and facilitate key activities in support of cross-departmental, taskforce and strategic efforts associated with new and existing technology and tools discovery.
- Provide support to projects/initiatives associated with the evaluation, selection, implementation, deployment and support for new and existing clinical trial technologies and tools.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and roll-out training, best practices, playbooks and standardized work procedures related to leveraging newly developed technologies/tools and associated business processes on clinical studies.
- 3-5 years relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience in managing internal/external customer success and collaboration in a team setting.
- Strong knowledge of clinical trials and recent innovations and advances in data driven technology-enabled solutions and platforms.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills, and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Strong and experienced in communicating effectively and efficiently, both individually and in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Able to prioritize various responsibilities and timelines and to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
