We currently have an opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join our team. As a member of our operations team, you will play a project coordinator role within our Bioanalytical Project Management team.  We provide bioanalytical testing services to meet the research and development challenges of the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry.

The role:

• Assist in all aspects of bioanalytical project support and support the Project Manager in delivery of full- or multi-service projects.

• Attend client teleconferences, assist with lab scheduling, data tabulation, coordination between support groups and project tracking.  

• You will ensure all budgetary requirements, study timeframes and targets are met for assigned projects.

• Provide project document management support to cross-functional teams by assisting in the administration, archive and tracking of essential documents of assigned projects.

What you will need:

• Preferred to have completed Associate or Bachelors Degree

• Bioanalytical Laboratory experience

• Large Molecule Experience a plus

• Excellent organizational skills and time management

• Experience in Watson LIMS is highly preferred
