At ICON, we have an incredible opportunity for a Project Manager – a full time Contract to join the team in our Leopardstown, Dublin 18 location.

The Role:

• Lead the planning and implementation of cross-functional project(s).

• Knowledge of Laboratory Information Management Systems required

• Instrument interfacing experience desirable

• Good knowledge of data integrity and instrument validation

• Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
• Define project tasks and resource requirements.
• Develop full-scale cross-functional project plans.
• Assemble and coordinate project staff
• Manage project budget
• Plan and schedule project timelines
• Develop and Manage Risk Mitigation Strategies for projects
• Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
• Provide direction and support to project team
• Quality assurance
• Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
• Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions.
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
• Project evaluations and assessment of results
• Other duties as assigned
