About the role

As a Clinical Trial Vendor Manager you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.



Working fully embedded within a growing, top 5 Pharmaceutical company, you will be independently managing all vendor related aspects of global clinical trials to delivery study outcomes within schedule, budget quality/compliance and performance standards.

 

What you will be doing:

    • Close interaction and collaboration with study team lead and study team members during study lifetime
    • Review of vendor related protocol sections during protocol development
    • Collaborate with Vendor Start Up Manager to the development of study specification worksheet to facilitate bid process
    • Contribute to the development of vendor contract amendments 
    • Accountable for vendor cost control, budget review, invoice reconciliation and PO close-out
    • Initiate/co-ordinates vendor kick off meeting for categories not covered by VSMs during start up

 

You are:

 

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent degree is required, with advanced degree preferred
  • 3+ years working experience and excellent knowledge of the clinical operation processes and vendor management
  • User acceptance testing for eCOA and IRT
  • Excellent knowledge of GxP and ICH regulations
  • You must have strong relationship building and communication skills with experience in working with diverse cross-functional teams and driving organizational excellence
  • You must have strong vendor management skills
  • You must have strong interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
