Senior HR Advisor - Hybrid Mexico City

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Delivering and supervising day-to-day HR services across LATAM, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and service level adherence.

  • Acting as an escalation point for complex employee or manager inquiries, and providing expert guidance on HR policies, processes, and systems.

  • Partnering with HR Managers and Business Partners to resolve sensitive issues, ensure smooth transitions, and manage employee relations cases up to the point of escalation.

  • Supporting talent processes including onboarding, employee movements, leaves of absence, and offboarding.

  • Leveraging Workday to manage employee data, transactions, and reporting across the region.

  • Analyzing HR data and metrics to identify trends, support decision-making, and provide insights to improve employee experience and HR service delivery.

  • Preparing and managing reports using Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, charts, and dashboards, to track KPIs and service performance.

  • Promoting digital adoption by educating employees and managers on the use of HR self-service tools and knowledge platforms.

  • Identifying and implementing opportunities for process improvement and regional standardization in line with global HR initiatives.

  • Supporting local compliance with labor legislation across LATAM countries and ensuring alignment with global HR policies.

Your Profile:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) is highly desirable.

  • Solid experience in an HR advisory or HR operations role, ideally in a shared service center or regional environment.

  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR practices across LATAM.

  • Hands-on experience with Workday or a similar HRIS.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, dashboards) and confident working with large data sets.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Proven ability to manage complex HR cases and supervise service delivery teams.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.

  • Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is highly desirable.
