Senior Manager, Inside Sales
Location: U.S. (Remote)

Job Description:
Position will generate interest and assist in securing business for ICON through professional, consultative, proactive sales activities directed at decision makers and decision influencers at new, targeted clinical sponsors. Will position ICON as primary and/or preferred partner for all clinical development work to be outsourced. Position will liaise between the Marketing, Operations and Sales Leadership.

- As a Senior Manager, the employee is expected to recognize the importance of and create a culture of process improvement with a focus on streamlining our processes adding value to our business and meeting client needs.
- Responsible for lead generation and funnel development >$1.5B
- Establish and execute Salesforce campaigns based on business needs (regions/therapeutic area/service areas)
- Develop annual roadmap based on KPI
- Plan and coordinate training sessions along with Executive Directors/VP BD
- Regularly present your goals, forecasts, and outcomes to the executive team
- Manage oversight of prospecting automation tools to improve/optimize our current lead generation and sales funnel processes
- Coach Inside Sales team on sales process and lead life-cycle management
- Vendor Management for lead generation/market research tools.
- Travel (approximately <10%) domestic and/or international.
