As a Senior Software Engineer you will have substantial influence on our projects' technology, design and implementation. Also, you should have a strong passion for software technology, an ability to directly contribute to product development, and will make sure that the delivered product is highly reliable and of good quality.

What we do?

• Build releases of automated processes for testing, regression and deployment.
• Report to the Scrum Master on the progress on modules and make them aware of any obstacles which may cause project slippage.
• Write unit level test cases for automated processes they've implemented.
• Test the automated processes they've implemented.
• Communicate with the Scrum Master and Software Architect on issues resulting from implementing the proposed architecture and suggesting solutions.
• Write use cases for functionalities.
• Follow requirements as per the Software Methodology.
• Review code of other software engineers on the project.
• Raise the quality standards on the project, so that the constructed automated process is easier to maintain and extend.
• Follow the software development process adopted for specific projects.
• Ensure that the solution is properly documented.
• Mentor other software engineers on the project.

What you need?

• Experience in Robotics Process Automation is Mandatory.
• 3+ years experience with UiPath automation. Experience with Document Understanding, Computer Vision, UiPath Test Suite or AI Fabric a distinct advantage.
• Strong programming, scripting and software development skills. Python and .Net experience is an added advantage.
• Strong problem solving and debugging skills. Ability to review and debug code developed by another software engineer.
• Experience using source control software Git (BitBucket), SVN.
• Experience working in an agile development environment.
• Ability to effectively engage with other business areas to support inter-departmental projects and processes which directly impact process automation.
• Understanding of UI elements, APIs, Database interfaces etc.
• Experience in other RPA tools - Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Redwood, Open Span, work Fusion etc.is an added advantage
• Good Communication skills (written and verbal) with minimum 3 Years of IT experience.
