Job Title                       : Senior Facility & Admin Coordinator
Reporting to                 : APAC Regional Manager, Facility & Admin
Type of Employment    : Full time, Permeant
Location                        : Manila, Philippines

The role
• Uses discretion to identify and resolve day to day  issues and/ or improve service efficiency
• Coordination of essential central services such as reception, security, maintenance, mail, cleaning, catering, waste disposal and recycling, ensuring facilities are well maintained and fully operational.
• Assist with management of local facilities and administration budget, annual budget preparation, forecasting and invoice review and tracking.
• Monitor use of Facilities OnLine (internal ticketing system), responding to tickets and ensuring compliance with procurement and purchasing policies.
• Support and compliance with Global Business Continuity program.
• Health and Safety Management – Act as local H&S Officer or liaise with the company H&S Officer to ensure building meets H&S requirements and complies with H&S legislation. Responsible for a call-out system for emergencies or alarm related calls. Implementation and compliance with fire safety procedures.
• Coordinate and deliver facilities and administration induction for new employees.
• Support other global business support functions at a local level where required.
• Keep management informed of any issues with the organization that require attention.
• Assist with additional facilities related projects for the department as assigned.
• Assist with financial and HR related issues that requires support on the ground.

 What you need
• At least more than 5 years’ experience within facilities is required for this role.
• People leadership experience.
• Knowledge of legislative health and safety requirements to support business operations.
• Budgeting and financial management experience.
• Personable with excellent communications skills.
• Strong Microsoft office skills.
• Independent self-starter with a proactive approach.
• Good time management skills.
• Any Graduate can apply.
