- Collaborate with clients to develop a deep understanding of their strategic goals and objectives
- Provide consultative market access solutions to biopharmaceutical clients through a rich understanding of the market landscape
- Develop new and organic business opportunities within our business sector
- Guide market research on key markets, industry sectors, competitors, and market trends
- Guide and inform the development of market landscape presentations, market entry strategies, product positioning strategies and value propositions
- Provide strategic direction and oversight to inter-disciplinary and extended support teams
- Develop, maintain and nurture long-term partnerships with clients
- Bachelor's degree required
- Advanced degree preferred (MBA, MPH, PharmD)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare environment with an emphasis on account management skills
- Experience in marketing and/or sales capacity within the managed markets function of a bio-pharmaceutical company, a plus
- Experience with budget responsibility
- High-level service skills, oral and written communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
