I have a passion for recruiting and have spent the past 15 years focusing in a number of industries until finding a home in the clinical world. I am proud every day to help hire exceptional Local Trial Mangers, Global Clinical Trial Managers and Global Trial Directors who are doing clinical research that is changing the world. My main area of focus is on the FSP side, where ICON employees work directly with a single pharmaceutical company and become an expert embedded partner running their trials. I feel fortunate to have worked for great companies in a variety of positions such as, Talent Acquisition Sales Manager, Talent Acquisition Account Manager. What I am most passionate about is my current position with ICON as a Senior Sourcing Specialist, finding great people who want to make a difference.
