Financial Analyst

When taking on a Financial Analyst role you’ll be expected to be someone who enjoys maths, accountancy and economics.

You’ll be expected to have the right qualifications for the part, such as from the Chartered Financial Analyst Program, MBA’s in areas such as business, economics, accounting, maths, computer sciences, biology and physics. People who work in this area will be expected to be vigilant about collecting information on macroeconmy and the microeconics of the company. Some roles will have opportunities for travel and you will need to proficient with spreadsheets, data bases, statistical work and graphic packages – good interpersonal skills are also a bonus.
