- Ensure that all objectives, metrics, quality, timelines are adhered to relating to Site ID process, communication and system accuracy.
- Manage Site ID Surveys and questionnaire responses in Qualtrics based on Site ID Questionnaire and ranking plan provided by Site ID Leads.
- Set up Mapping of Questionnaires to ISPRINT.
- Analysis of Questionnaire responses via set up of SAT (Site Assessment Tool) and Qualtrics dashboards
- Update of the iSPRINT database. This will include, but not be limited to:
- ISPRINT Survey set up
- Loading of investigators to surveys
- Generation of Communication Templates
- Generation of Reports
- Survey member status update and tracking of relevant dates
- Ensure sites are uploaded to ICOTrial
- Tracking & filing of Site ID documents (eCDS, eSIS, IECQ) in Box
- Act as SMEs for ISPRINT, Qualtrics, Site Assessment Tool (SAT).
- Ensure Box folder for study is set up.
- Volunteer and share workload to promote a work equity culture in team.
- Ensure that all internal and external customers receive the appropriate level of service and response from the FSA team. Ensuring that all activities and plans are delivered on time, to high quality and are compliant with the customer's needs.
- Actively participate in data analysis projects and initiatives as assigned, being able to make sound decisions based on available information in order to contribute to the success of the group and ICON.
- Be able to network and collaborate with other professionals, attending and presenting at meetings both internally and externally.
- To undertake other reasonably related duties as may be assigned from time to time.
- Travel (approximately 10%) domestic and/ or international.
