The Role:

• Help the legal operations manager to define and drive strategic and operational initiatives with on-time and on-budget results

• Assist in identifying and implementing legal department tools to streamline new or existing practices, as well as managing design, rollout, and training for new systems.

• Help implement and enforce processes and policies to manage outside counsel usage and spending and vendor management.

• Maintain and improve evaluation metrics of outside counsel, incorporating legal project management principles as needed

• Assist in onboarding of new joiners and procured resources

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, support, service, business development, regulatory, IT, and finance, as well as various business units

To be successful in the role, you will have:

• + 2 years of experience dealing with Business Administration matters

• Advanced level of English, spoken and written

• Bachelor's Degree (Business Administration or related)

• Strong Project Management Skills: to assist the Legal Operations Manager in defining and driving strategic and operational initiatives.

• Onboarding and Resource Management Skills to assist in the onboarding process of new joiners and procured resources. Should be capable of efficiently integrating new team members and ensuring their smooth transition into the organization.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills and be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams. They should be capable of collaborating with various departments such as sales, support, service, business development, regulatory, IT, and finance, as well as different business units.

• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
