Clinical Contracts Assistant

As a Clinical Contracts Assisatnt you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.

What you will be doing:

• Monitior Clinical Contract Management inbox
• Perform known clincal site (KCS) verifcations
• Provide list of effective master non-disclosure agreements and master clincal trial agreements
• Submit contracts requests in systems
• Support customizing budget template headers
• Perform quality control checks, finalizations, follow up and tracking of clincal trial agreements
• Support the contracts team where required

You are:

• Minimum of 2 years working in pharma setting and ideally within the contracts enviroment
• Proficent in English in written and verbal communication  
• Knowledge of GCP/ICH requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft products
• Experience supporting Clincal Trial Agreements and budget negotiations
