Functional Knowledge:
• Enhanced functional knowledge of Central Monitoring and supporting data platforms
Using high level knowledge of the protocol, identifies critical data and processes from protocol review, and supports protocol risk evaluation process.
Aptitude for understanding analytic modeling methods such as regression, classification and clustering.
Skill to efficiently navigate through large volumes of data and interpret data problems
Skill in aggregate data review and interpretation using visualization/ analysis software
Business Expertise:
• Ability to apply enhanced knowledge of Central Monitoring to clinical studies
• Other responsibilities may be assigned as required
Leadership:
• Functional Lead
* Ability and willingness to assist team members.
• Typical minimum years of experience 3-4 years. An equivalent combination of education, training and relevant experience may be considered in place of the education and experience stated.
Problem Solving:
• Use existing procedures to solve problems; analyze information and standard practices to make judgement calls and independent decisions. Propose process/system improvements.
Impact:
• Contribute to the achievement of goals through personal effort in own work area. Impact is focused on the achievement of short to medium term goals. Work is done independently, assessed at critical points.
Interpersonal Skills:
• Communicate effectively. Adapt style and use persuasion in deliverying messages. Encourage and facilitate site oversight and decision making by the clinical team.
