Summary:
The successful candidate will have a key role in the execution of key operational aspects of complex early and late phase clinical trials where imaging plays a pivotal role, with special emphasis in oncology. Imaging includes all modalities, with a focus on CT, MRI, and PET. The successful candidate will be fully integrated within clinical teams, and will work closely with the Imaging Lead, clinical operations function, data management function, external imaging clinical research organizations (CROs) and clinical sites to insure the successful completion of start-up activities, ongoing execution and close-out of clinical studies.
Clinical Imaging Operations Manager:
- 3+ years of industry clinical imaging experience is required.
- Experience in GCP clinical imaging
- Knowledge of CT, PET and MRI imaging acquisition
- Familiarity with modern clinical imaging scanners
- Experience in imaging CRO oversight and implementation of quality control procedures Imaging agent GMP knowledge and/or experience is desirable Clinical Imaging Operations Manager - execution of operational aspects of complex early and late phase clinical trials where imaging plays a pivotal role, with special emphasis in oncology. Responsibilities
- Implement imaging operational components in oncology • Collaborate with vendor relationship management and strategic sourcing & procurement in performance management at the relationship level through governance
- Author and review of Imaging Manuals and Independent Review Charters• Coordinate imaging components of study startup, including input into requests for proposal, authoring of site documents, data transfer forms/ specification and site personnel training
- Liaise with data management for design and execution of imaging data capture by clinical sites
- Track imaging progress during clinical studies and functional oversight through day-to-day monitoring of key performance indicators related to imaging timeliness, quality, etc.
Requirements:
- BA/BS with 3+ years of industry clinical imaging experience is required.
- Experience in GCP clinical imaging
- Knowledge of CT, PET and MRI imaging acquisition
- Familiarity with modern clinical imaging scanners
- Experience in imaging CRO oversight and implementation of quality control procedures
- Imaging agent GMP knowledge and/or experience is desirable
