Clinical Trial Manager

As a Clinical Trial Manager you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.

What you will be doing:

• Lead clinical resources in a matrix environment, as required, including Clinical Trial Assistants and Clinical Research Associates
• Set expectations for the study team and drive a performance culture through their teams
• Develop staff skills, encourage career growth and provide regular performance feedback
• Act as mentor and help to train junior staff.
• Communicate expectations, set clear goals and objectives for the study(ies) to clinical team members
• Lead by example and motivate all assigned clinical team members.

You are:

• Need to have at least 1 yr of Regional CPM experience
• Need to have at least 3+ yrs as project manager (including local PM)
• Have 4 yrs+ of CRA experience (on-site monitoring with strong site management)
• Global studies as PM.
• Clear communication skills
