Contracts Management Coordinator

The role:

The Contracts Coordinator coordinates, develops, and executes all client/sponsor contracts and change orders for newly awarded and on-going projects and will also work with our purchase order systems and applications . Also assists in the preparation of contracts and change orders for client/sponsor projects, and provides value to other departments through administrative and support activities.

You will need:

• Previous administrative and support activities preferably in mid or big-size companies

• Bachelor degree or equivalent

• Ability to assist in the development, improvement, and maintenance of departmental tracking tools and systems

• Excellent communication and organizational skills as well as attention to detail

• Fluency in English is a MUST
