As a Diversity & Inclusion in Clinical Trials Operations Lead, you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.
You will play a vital client facing management role, embedded in our clients business and driving important business impact throughout the organization. You will ensure clinical trials are diverse and inclusive of participants who are typically underrepresented in clinical trials or from underserved communities.
What you will be doing:
- Leading activities to identify and develop process changes required that will enable an increased participation of under-represented populations in clinical trials across various therapeutic areas.
- Striving to strengthen the internal understanding of disease disparities, the effects on diverse populations and the importance of inclusion in clinical trials.
- Supporting the development and execution of the Diversity & Inclusion in Clinical Trials roadmap and action planning to increase awareness and participation
- Developing and implementing dashboard to track progress of DICT implementation
- Serving as the expert on diverse recruiting practices and supporting teams in implementation of these practices. This includes leading internal engagement activities to promote a deeper understanding of and commitment to DICT within the organization.
You are:
- Degree in a scientific or business discipline is preferred but not essential.
- Experience in clinical operations and/or drug development is a plus. Experience in a patient engagement or patient recruitment role is preferred.
- Strong understanding and experience in creating new or improved customer experiences.
- Able to set priorities based on business analysis and customer research, and to craft a structured approach to drive execution.
- Challenges status quo, and understands and adapts to different cultures and markets.
- Able to lead and influence with limited guidance.
