Finance Supervisor (Financial Planning & Analysis)

Job Description:

• Lead PFA team with high quality delivery and focusing on centre of excellence.

• Analyzing financial and operational metrics, including FTE over burn, invoicing, and potential billing opportunities. They discuss with the Project Manager if any adverse metrics will be accommodated in a change order, and report to the Vice President for decision-making.

• External reporting to sponsors involves monthly and quarterly reports on sponsor-level MIS, including budgeted and forecasted fees, pass-through expenses, units achieved, milestones reached, invoices, out-of-scope activities, and ad hoc reports to assist decision-making with the operational team and Project Manager.

• Develop, prepare and Maintain Monthly Revenue financial forecasts and budget reconciliations for the business unit.

• Analyse business unit Monthly / Quarterly financial results and key Performance indicators. Prepare monthly Business unit reporting packages with insightful commentary and analysis.

• Identification of key Revenue and Margin drivers within the portfolio.

• Support the pre close review of Revenue to ensure accuracy of reporting.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge Requirement:

• Completed Bachelor’s degree or its international equivalent.

• Professional Accountancy Qualification (CPA/ CWA/CA/ CMA)

• 5 + years of Post Qualification Experience.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Managing teams and performed yearly appraisal for teams.

• Having exposure in Project Revenue Business.

• Excellent working knowledge of MS office package, in particular Excel.

• Prior experience in Oracle Financial systems, Hyperion, Alteryx, Power BI etc. is an advantage.

• Experience in Financial Analysis and planning.

• US GAAP Experience is an advantage.
