We’re seeking an In-House Clinical Research Associate (IHCRA) to support our Clinical Operations team in Turkey on a 12-month temporary contract. In this role, you’ll contribute to the smooth delivery of clinical trials by providing operational support to study sites, with a focus on compliance, communication, and site payments.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in the start-up, planning, and execution of clinical studies.

• Conduct site feasibility and support site selection processes.

• Act as the primary in-house contact for sites and investigators.

• Perform remote site management, track enrolment, and follow up on documentation and data queries.

• Support site payments by tracking and coordinating required documentation and approvals.

• Ensure adherence to study protocols, ICH-GCP, and regulatory standards.

• Maintain study documentation, internal systems, and timelines.

Your Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field.

• Previous clinical research experience is preferred.

• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.

• Fluency in Turkish and proficiency in English (written and spoken) are essential.
