Investigator Pricing Analyst

As a Investigator Pricing Analyst you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.

You will Collaborate with vendors and internal employees to collect, review and upload payment data into specific portals.  The primary focus will be on ensuring all payments are reported on-time and accurately and will involve:

• Becoming a super user of the Global Spend Transparency portal including full understanding of electronic submissions, system requirements, and process to correct data
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to obtain and correct source data needed for reporting
• Utilize internal systems to pull data and customize in excel for distribution to vendors or upload into portal
• Complete basic and detailed audits of vendor reports to ensure all requirements are met. Drive corrective action plans as needed.
• Support onboarding and training of employees and third-party vendors by preparing presentation materials and arranging meetings.

• Independently managing completion of tasks on a monthly basis
• Working in a small team to achieve key milestones and timelines

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Solid understanding of activities performed by vendors and sites pursuant to a clinical study. Background in site or vendor contracting a plus.
• Exposure to Pharmaceutical requirements for engaging with healthcare providers, i.e. fair market value, global spend transparency, global identifiers, and Alanda.
• You have a BA/BS degree (Finance or Business is preferred)
