IPG Report Analyst I *LI-HD1

Location: Dublin

The Investigator Payments Group (IPG) is the investigator payments function for ICON Clinical Research. The department role is to ensure timely, accurate and efficient execution of investigator payments & to ensure all payments are carried out in accordance with ICON policies and procedures. The Analyst role is to:

·         Support reporting requirements ensuring compliance with any Healthcare reporting legislation

·         Support operational reporting for IPG team

Role responsibilities include:

·         Travel (approximately 0%) domestic and/or international.

·         Complete reports and tracking in a timely and consistent manner with concise, accurate information in various systems and tracking tools.*

·         Ensure proper documentation and record tracking of meetings, decisions, interventions and escalations.*

·         Liaise with customers to determine report requirements.*

·         Interrogate & analyse data and prepare relevant metrics. Accurate analysis with limited supervision is expected.*

·         Become proficient in systems, tools and ICON’s applications to efficiently and accurately analyse data.*

·         Perform other reasonably related duties, analysis and special projects as assigned by management team.

·         Prior relevant experience related to data analysis and production of reports is essential

·         Demonstrate a logical approach to analysis with a questioning attitude

·         Numerate with some financial understanding

·         Excellent working knowledge of MS office package

·         Advanced excel skills are essential (Pivot tables, lookups, etc.)

·         Excellent communication (written and oral), organizational and customer service skills are essential

·         Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or local equivalent preferred, or will have relevant experience for the position.
