Label Coordinator – Translation Coordinator

As a Label and Translation Coordinator you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.

Location: West Point, PA. Monday -  Friday. 5 days weekly onsite. 

Labeling, bottling, clinical packaging experience highly preferred.

Pharma/CRO experience highly preferred but other industry exprience will be considered. 

What you will be doing:

Works in partnership with the scientific, business, operational, clinical and technology areas to support the execution of global clinical trials in the area of global clinical supply management.  This includes management of the planning/forecasting, packaging/labeling, distribution and return of clinical supplies for phase 1-IV clinical trials.

• Coordinate the translation of required label text from English into other languages as required to support clinical trial protocols.
• Generate clinical label proofs or review label proofs created by external providers.
• Liaise with country-level Clinical Operations personnel or Regulatory Affairs to address question, revise translations, update regulatory requirements on clinical supplies labels.
• Maintain Label Translations library in the label systems.
• Interpret clinical study design and create labels for application to clinical trial materials.
• Design and verify label models in the label systems.
• Coordinate multi-lingual booklet label manufacturing at vendors.
• Perform visual inspection and accountability for label proofs and clinical labels.
• Participate in complaint and deviation investigations and creation Corrective and Preventative actions (CAPA's). Drive CAPA's to closure.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Required Experience/Skills:

• 3+ years (with degree)
• 6+ years (without degree)
• Organization, detail oriented, equipment operation skills, equipment repair, problem solving, troubleshooting, interpersonal skills incl. verbal and written, multitasking, collaboration
• Able to connect the dots with task and identify future tasks to be done or whom to engage on next steps; understands supply chain and impact to success or failure of an action up and down the supply chain
