Medical Administrative Assistant

ICON Clinical Research is a respected global CRO providing drug development solutions to the Pharmaceutical; Biotechnology; and Medical Device industries.  We are a growing organisation, acquiring a number of businesses which augment and compliment the services which we offer.

We are currently growing our Medical Administration team in Chennai and are looking to recruit individuals at Medical Administrative Assistant (MAA) I or II level.

Overview of the role:

Medical Administration is an essential and valued service, providing support to our Drug Safety and Medical Affairs team.

You will undertake a variety of responsibilities including:

-          Tracking Drug Safety (Serious Adverse Event) reports

-          Performing QC checks on data files

-          Using our eTMF software

On a daily basis you will communicate and interacting with individuals throughout ICONs business infrastructure (Europe; North America; Asia).

Requirements:

To be considered for this role you should have a minimum of 18 months administrative experience, preferably within a medical; clinical or pharmaceutical setting.  Additionally you should have the ability to communicate throughout our global business network.
