The role:
• This position will manage the daily oversight of a Project Associate team.
What will you do:
- Responsible for recruitment, growth, orientating, training, and coaching employees. Provides employees with professional development and growth opportunities.
- Provides leadership in the implementation of ICON initiatives, business processes and management of goals and objectives
- Conduct regular discussions with direct reports and lead team meetings at regional and manager team level.
- Achieves staff results by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring and appraising job results.
- Lead continuous improvement and change.
What will you need:
- Complete Bachelor’s degree in health life science or other relevant field of study.
- Minimum 6 years relevant experience in line management / people leader in Health Industry (CROs) with a strong background as a Clinical Data Manager / Clinical Project Manager or other relevant area related to the Clinical Project Management Research.
- Excellent management skills, with a collaborative approach to driving performance and success.
- Direct Experience in managing a team preferred.
- English Fluency - Communication, writing and reading
- Ability to Manager staff and enhance individual performance
- Availability to work office based - Insurgentes / Benito Juarez
