Manager, Clinical Operations

As a Manager , Clinical Operations you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.

What you will be doing:

• Team Leadership & KPI Ownership: Lead and manage a team of 25+ staff, ensuring performance targets and KPIs are consistently met through coaching, performance reviews, and process improvements.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the key liaison for internal stakeholders, driving alignment, communication, and cross-functional collaboration to support business goals.

• Client Relationship Management: Maintain and enhance client satisfaction by understanding needs, resolving escalations, and ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery.

You are:

• ICON Bangalore Office Based 
• More than 3 years of people management or CTM/PM experience
• More than 10 years of experience in clinical research & Systems
• Fluent in English
