Summary:

The Product Testing Analyst II is responsible for testing ITG products through the use of systematic tests and analysis of test results. The Analyst will develop, approve and execute software test plans and use testing tools and methodologies to achieve test objectives.

Responsibilities:
* Recognize, exemplify and adhere to ICON's values which centers around our commitment to People, Clients and Performance.
* As a member of staff, the employee is expected to embrace and contribute to our culture of process improvement with a focus on streamlining our processes adding value to our business and meeting client needs.
* Travel (approximately 0%) domestic and/or international
* *Conduct testing activities according to relevant ICON SOP's, appropriate regulations and Good Clinical Practice.
* *Develop test plans, cases and automated test scripts.
* *Execute test cases/scripts and debug issues as necessary. Also complete associated documentation and ensure test results are reported accurately.
* *Approve test plans, cases and automated test scripts.
* *Write clear and concise bug reports.
* *Assist in testing activities such as stress test and bug bash.
* *Communicate with team lead and/or team regarding testing progress and issues.
* *Communicate with project/product manager and developers.
* *Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.
* Other responsibilities may be assigned as required
