Job Profile:
This position is focused on supporting the business development and account management teams with the development and use of Salesforce. This position will be required to support teams in a global environment and may require working to ensure the cover of GMT/CET/EET & IST timezones. Consequently we can consider home-based or office-based working dependent on the experience level of the individual.
Job Responsibilities:
Serve on a global team system administrator for the ICON Salesforce CRM environment
Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
Manage Salesforce data feeds and other integrations ensuring CRM data accuracy regular internal system audits. With demonstrated ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce CRM and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes.
Coordinate with members of the user community to define and document development requirements the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests, and work with CRM development and Architect team members to establish suitable solution in accordance with IT, development, and change management procedures.
Assist in training of new users, and develop training material to increase the Salesforce skillset across the organization.
Qualifications & Technical Skills:
Bachelor’s degree or certificate program in IT, preferred
Salesforce Admin ADM201 and ADM211 certified
Sales Cloud and Developer certifications, preferred
Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
Understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality
Strong data management and CRM Analytics abilities and knowledge\experience with Excel.
Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills and ability to understand and articulate complex requirements.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
Previous experience working in a DevOps or agile environment is advantageous
Professional Working English level
