Senior Study Support Assistant

As a Senior Study Support Assistant you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.

What you will be doing:

IPD/ICON based SSA:

• To independently assist the Study Start Up team in ensuring the most effective and efficient study start up by providing administrative and tracking support
• To independently assist the Study Start Up team with study maintenance activities by providing administrative and tracking support.
• To assist the Study Start Up team in the completion of all required tasks to meet departmental and project goals.
• To co-ordinate metrics collection and other Study Start Up activities, as assigned.

ISS SSA when working at study sites:

• At study sites works with site team to support studies, administratively, to be initiated, conducted and/or completed in accordance with study and site specifications, processes, and good clinical practice.

You are:

• Bachelor's degree in a Science related field.
• Experience working with administrative activities in clinical trials.
• Read, write and speak fluent English; fluent in host country language required
