Site Payment Analyst

General Position Summary:

The Site Payment Analyst is a detail oriented individual who ensures that investigational site payments and subject reimbursements are made in accordance with Clinical Trial Agreements, reimbursement plans and regulations.

General Responsibilities:

• Ensures all Investigational Site Budgets are configured in the Payment Vendor system accurately and work with study team to resolve issues or to gather missing information
• Approve and decline site payments and subject reimbursements based on the Clinical Trial Agreement, ICF and Participant Travel and Reimbursement Plan
• Meet with payment vendor and study teams routinely to review configuration and payment status and issues
• Perform periodic QCs and reconciliation reviews of data during closeout
• Act as a point of contact for investigational sites and study teams for questions related to payments
• Manage payments to ECs as needed
• Release milestone payments to sites upon certain activities being completed (startup, closeout and screen failures)
• Upload invoices on behalf of sites in payment system as needed
• Process lagging invoices in payment system once it is close to site access (lagging invoices)
• Work with Clinical Budget Analyst to process payments once payment system is closed for the study
• Escalate issues to Site Payment Manager and study team as needed
• Work with study team and payment vendor to process amendments and manage any impact of overpayments or underpayments
• Act as the Site Payment Lead for a given study, i.e. point of contact at the study level
• Assist, train or mentor other Site Payment Analysts during onboarding or out of office periods

Preffered Education and Expierience:

• BSc or Advanced Degree (or equivalent degree/experience in the opinion of the Hiring Manager) and minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
