Software Test Engineer
Based in Dublin or Limerick

About Software Test Engineer Job at Firecrest
 
Are you seeking a Test job where you contribute towards the continuous improvement?  Have the influence to create and execute your test strategy, where you work with various testing environments and platforms? 
 
You would be working in our Scrum team and contribute the setup and configuration of test environments and platforms.  Design the test plan specification and drive continuous improvement of testing strategies and productivity.
 
As a Test Software Engineer you would design and executes test protocols for our software in HTML, AJAX or CSS, to identify performance and stress indicators.  Use test protocols and test automation tools such as Selenium/Selenium 2 and Robotframework and Appium. In addition, managing the findings and track non-conformances from you test reporting.
 
Key Requirements for Software Test Engineer Job
 
You will be experienced in understanding functional requirements and translate them into test scenarios/cases.  As part of the position you will be required to use automation tools therefore prior experience in automation would be necessary.  Additionally, strong analytical or problem solving skills and an excellent communicator
