Sr CTMS System Analyst

As a CTMS Systems Anlayst you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.

What you will be doing:

• 1. Represent Veeva Vault Clinical/COMPASS operations and provide user support, including the following activities:
  1. Act as the first line to answer user questions related to system functionalities.
  2. Troubleshoot user-reported issues related to system functionalities.
  3. Assess and fulfill user requests as appropriate.
  4. Escalate questions and issues to system owner as needed.

   

  1. Work with functional area stakeholders to assess and prioritize system and business needs related to technology and process optimization.
  2. Support business during requirements definition, systems and process design, data cleansing and user-acceptance testing activities
  3. Assist in the design and development of new system configurations.
  4. Communicate and educate users on business tools and the functional impact to workflows and processes, including support the development of training content, formal business guidelines and reference materials.

  Having Veeva Vault experience is a strong preference for this position, preferably Veeva Vault Clinical experience. Let me know if I can be further assistance in providing additional information.

You are:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study
• 3 year of relevant experience
