Supply Chain & Warehouse Supervisor

The Role:

We currently have a unique opportunity for a Logistics/Warehouse/Supply Chain Supervisor.

While previous experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry / Laboratory setting would be an advantage, it is more important that you have strong Supply Chain, Warehouse, Logistics experience in a highly computerised time sensitive environment.

You will be working in a Laboratory environment where attention to detail, prioritising tasks and delegation are paramount.

You will be responsible for processing all inbound and outbound shipments where everything coming into and leaving the Laboratory is fully recorded and processed to the highest standards.

You will be responsible for our temperature controlled sample storage facility, overseeing correct storage practices and temperature monitoring processes. 

The role also requires strong people management and conflict resolution skills.

You will lead a team of Laboratory Operatives across our receiving, storage and shipments department.

Ensure all deadlines, procedures and tasks are consistently achieved and meet quality standards. 

Ensure that the team is fully trained, mentored and efficient with sufficient cover and potential new talent always ready to come through.

You will also liaise with a range of people at all levels within and external to ICON including many Sponsors, Suppliers and Delivery Organisations.
