Are you a strategic leader with a proven track record in driving the strategic business plans and financial models that can grow a business?  Do you have the leadership to develop and oversee ICON’s SMO organisation? 
 
Vice President SMO Affairs
ICON is a European led global CRO known for our technological advances and innovative approach to drug development.  ICON is presently in over 40 countries with over 80 offices worldwide and over 10,000 employees globally. 
 
You will be responsible for defining the strategies for developing and expanding the ICON acquired SMO organization and SMO partnership businesses to become a state of the art operational model for delivering clinical studies with superior data quality.   You will be experienced leader responsible for liaising with senior levels of management within the ICON organization as well as within client, SMOs and other service provider organizations within the industry to continuously assess and improve operational efficiency and project delivery.

To succeed you will need:
 
A strong background in life sciences, clinical drug development, with significant experience in managing a Site Management Organization.  You must be recognized as an entrepreneur with experience in developing strategic business plans and financial models that can grow a business.
 
In addition you will need successful experience in developing a business organization and ability to manage the overall P&L performance and drive profits coupled with strong people and project management.
