• Contribute to process improvement and product enhancement, with a focus on streamlining ICON/Firecrest processes and meeting client needs
• Drive the design and creation of sales based web portals ensuring Firecrest Sales and Business Development teams have the best platform to deliver sales proposals.
• Constantly improve and streamline the process for creating and delivering sales based web portals.
• Take ownership of portal images and layout and constantly strive to provide the most innovative and user friendly solutions.
• Collaborate with Portal Administration team to ensure customer portals are visually appealing and easy to navigate and use.
• Follow the best practices and guidelines of seniors on the team.
• Other duties as assigned.
 

• Prior experience using HTML/XHTML, CSS. (PHP, MySql experience would be an advantage)
• Strong knowledge of Photoshop or equivalent image editing software.
• Experience in Adobe Flash and Illustrator would be an advantage.
• Strong creative and design skills, a methodical approach to problem solving and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to assume individual responsibility for own deliverables.
• Demonstrated ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Good team player, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Web design or multimedia qualification Hetac level 8 or equivalent
