What you will be doing:

• 원본문서를 storage룸에서 보관하고 트래킹 파일로 관리
• 공문/계약서 등에 회사 획득하고 해당 Party로 배송 및 내부 관리
• 의료기기 또는 물품등을 트래킹 파일과 함께 관리. 기관 요청에 따라 패킹하여 기관으로 발송 arrange하는 역할
• 벤더 이용 비용 처리를 위한 프로세스 진행 및 트래킹 파일리 관리
• 내부 오딧/점검 등 준비시 support
• 기타 admin한 업무 : GCO전체(혹은 회사 내부직원) 에서 필요시 의견 취합, 요청 받는 물품 발송

You are:

• Good Commend off the English
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Bachelor degree, or local equivalent, in medicine, science or related discipline
• Office-based
