We are seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst to join our IT Business Partnering team:

The IT Business Partner Group (BPG) serves as the strategic interface between ICON’s business units and IT to stimulate, surface, and shape business demand for ICON’s business assets and capabilities. The IT BPG is a connector, orchestrator, and navigator between IT and ICON’s business units and external customers throughout the product lifecycle.

As Senior IT Business Analyst you will act as an intermediary between internal customers and the information technology department working with IT project teams and customers to collect, clarify, and document business requirements (using appropriate tools and models) from which applications and solutions are procured or developed.

Key responsibilities include:

• Participating in design sessions and provides input moderate to complex on the software solutions.

• Translating non technical requirements into technical business requirements for moderate to complex software solutions

• Documenting business needs, issues and challenges using a variety of analytical skills, techniques, and resources.

• Proactively researching best practices and aligning solutions accordingly.

• Representing the Business Analysis team internally and externally to continuously improve IT processes

To be successful in the role, you will have:

• Experience in the application of information technology principles, architecture and strategy

• Strong knowledge and application of business analysis principles.

• Strong business analysis skills used to document user requirements

• Strong ability to prioritize and manage projects/tasks simultaneously
