Logistics Coordinator

The role:

The Logistics Specialist will be responsible to coordinate import and export processes and the logistics for study supplies deliveries to/from country, in accordance with ICH GCP, ICON SOPs and applicable local regulations and guidelines. 

Your main responsibilities will be to :

·Receive orders and perform booking of products in Warehouse Management System;

· Physically handle incoming/outgoing shipments and returns;

·Track shipments until delivery;

·Communicate information in a timely manner to relevant teams/clients;

·Maintain logistics and study related records;

·Provide reports to management;

·Participate in inventory counts;

To be successful on this role, you will have :

• Higher education;

• English– upper intermediate;

• Good command of MS Excel;

• Experience in logistics or customer service – desirable;

• 1C Warehouse Management System knowledge - would be a plus
